Laland Baptiste, a premier New York Construction Management Company, is marking their 13th Anniversary. 13 years ago, founders Schillivia and Robert Baptiste had the idea to start up a construction management firm out of a small home office in Brooklyn, New York, with the aspirations of becoming a significant player in the AEC industry.
In the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy many waterfront properties received flooding that caused damage and corrosion of conduits, panels, and electrical components. Our team provided construction management services to the City of Yonkers for the rehabilitation of streetlights and related infrastructure along the Hudson River waterfront.
Laland Baptiste and Baptiste Engineering’s Robert Baptiste, CCM, DBIA and CMAA’s director of C.O.D.E (Creating Opportunities for Diversity and Equality) helped arrange and moderate the CMAA Metro NY/NJ panel discussion.
