Schillivia Baptiste, P.E., Assoc. DBIA, was honored with the Rising Star Award during Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute’s (REI) Third Annual Building Futures Scholarship & Awards Gala, held June 9, 2025.

This recognition amplifies her ability to connect with emerging professionals, champion innovation, and broaden her impact across civil infrastructure and real estate development.
Recognizing Emerging Leadership in Real Estate & Construction
The Building Futures Gala celebrates excellence across the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors. Proceeds support the Building Futures Scholarship Fund, which extends access to educational and career opportunities for low-income students in the New York City region.
During the evening, Fordham REI also presented awards to distinguished industry professionals, including Bruce Ratner (Visionary Award), Robert Knakal (Groundbreaker Award), Katie Nilsen (Construction Leadership), and Gemma Burgess (Bridge Builder).
