Laland Baptiste is providing Project/Office Engineering Services for the masonry repair and alterations to the existing Armory located in Harlem, New York. This historic building consists of Art Deco and medieval-inspired design. The proposed upgrades and renovations will occur while the facility is fully occupied.

Laland Baptiste is providing Project/Office Engineering Services for the masonry repair and alterations to the existing Armory located in Harlem, New York. This historic building consists of Art Deco and medieval-inspired design. The proposed upgrades and renovations will occur while the facility is fully occupied.
Laland Baptiste’s role includes:
- Management of contract documents
- Preparation, review and distribution of RFI’s
- Maintaining job files and as-builts
- Ensuring policies and procedures are fully implemented
- Documenting project issues/ conditions
- Preparing meeting minutes for all job meetings
- Maintaining the project punch list
Laland Baptiste is once again honored to be providing services for another Historically Registered building in the city of New York.
