We are proud to announce that Laland Baptiste has been selected to oversee the planting of trees on the Belt Parkway as part of the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation’s Tree Planting and Ecological Restoration initiative.
Over the next three years, we will oversee the construction of an upland forest replanting and restoration project, which will include tree planting, environmental stabilization, wetland restoration and planting, and other beneficial environmental measures.
Right now, we are in the debris removal process, during which we will clear the ground to prepare it for the next step – seed spraying.
All of our projects are special, and we are excited to lead this one, as it allows us to help create a healthier, more scenic Belt Parkway for current and future generations of New Yorkers.
