Congratulations to Laland Baptiste for being awarded 2020 CMAA Metro Chapter Project of the Year for the Yonkers Waterfront Streetlight Replacements Project. As CO-Winner for MWBE-Managed projects we are very proud of our Team. In the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy many waterfront properties received flooding that caused damage and corrosion of conduits, panels, and electrical components. Our team provided construction management services to the City of Yonkers for the rehabilitation of streetlights and related infrastructure along the Hudson River waterfront.

Special thanks to the Hon. Mike Spano – Mayor of the City of Yonkers, Sam Borrelli – Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, Paul Summerfield – City Engineer, Carlos DeJesus – Senior Development Project Manager, Vincent Massaro – Director of Capital Construction from the City of Yonkers; From the Laland Baptiste Team Paul Ersboll, Ptah Bey and Donald Bornkamp for their dedication and professional service provided on this project.
