The complex work of this project triggered an extensive amount of:

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing work
  • Structural work
  • Architectural work

This involved developing processes to ensure the project scope was achieved, monitoring the overall project budget, and overseeing the bidding process, project closeout, and turnover. We attended all pre-construction and construction meetings and reviewed plans and specifications to ensure construction was proceeding as designed. We observed and inspected the construction work to document and resolve project issues on site conditions, ensure quality and safety, and maintain the project’s schedule and budget.
