In 2022, Laland Baptiste announced their role as the lead Construction Manager and Consultant for the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) Mentor Program. The DCC designed this program to increase business opportunities for qualified M/WBE construction firms and small businesses. As an MWBE firm, we are honored for this opportunity to lead this effort and mentor M/WBEs through the transition from subcontracting to prime contracting.

Certified M/WBE construction firms can participate in the mentoring program to receive support and assistance. Laland is excited to share their experience in construction management and civil engineering to help others in the industry.
